Look who we ran into in LA last night, the newlyweds! Congratulations Mark & Sam!!! --Amanda

Made it to Los Angeles today and had a great time! Got way closer than most people do to the Hollywood sign, mostly by driving up streets marked "locals only" and "no Hollywood sign access" because we knew that was one of the better ways to see it! We went to Hollywood Blvd to find some stars (Teghan has a lot of pictures of them, just none with her!) and Rodeo Drive. Then we headed over to Santa Monica Pier and rode the Ferris wheel. We saw a guy fishing off the pier catch a baby leopard shark. Then we went further south and ate at Hermosa Beach right at sunset. Throughout the whole day we saw lots of stuff we'd seen on TV or heard of, like the Kat Von D tattoo parlor, the Kardashians store DASH and the Hotel Roosevelt, or even just neighborhoods and street names like El Camino Real and Sunset Blvd. We saw so many unreal cars, Bentleys, Lamborghinis, Rolls Royces and everyone seems to have a Porsche. We'll be back Tuesday night for the Clippers Golden State game, so hoping to drive down Sunset Blvd at night. --Amanda
